DHCP-Client Error causes Crash
Hello again! I've encountered a new problem that I'm having trouble fixing if you need me to do the zip and all that let me know and I'll work on it but it's pretty specific to this. Even so more info is good so let me know if you need it. :)
The crashes occur while using FTP to transfer files to anything within my network. I'm currently using FireFox's FireFTP program to do so. I am able to connect to my server but unable to transfer anything since as soon as I do that's when my computer crashes. I looked through the event logs and found this following message:
The IP address lease 192.168.1.2 for the Network Card with network address 0x001A70A37011 has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).
Apparently this causes a critical error and I get that weird no BSOD but can't do anything type of crash. If anyone can help me out I'd much appreciate it thanks.
