    madFLAC is a DirectShow decoder filter for FLAC files
    Uninstall that codec/codec pack and see if it stops the errors.

    Yes Me Remove K-lite And Install New But Send Me Error.

    Uninstall and then test.
    Do not reinstall until you have solved the problem.

    We need to see the error messages after you've uninstalled.
