    BSOD - Help me out


    Windows 7 Ultimate
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? = 64bit
    - the original installed OS on the system? = Was Vista x86 Home, At the moment Win7 Ultimate 64bit
    - an OEM or full retail version? = Retail
    - What is the age of system (hardware)? = ~2-3 years.. insite HDD's + Video Card ~1year
    - What is the age of OS installation = ~half year

    .....when I type "perfmon" in Start I get "perfmon.exe" and when I open I get Performance Monitor. Is it right??

    I followed, but 3rd part I dont really get. in start I type perfmon and I get perfmon.exe and when I open it I get

    Is this whats needed?

    Yes, you are correct. Save the file as an HTML file and upload it.

    After you run the report, save it. The default save is HTML format.

    We need all of the files generated by the tool in this tutorial: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html. This will give us dumps files and your system information.

    The files that we are requesting are generated by downloading and running the tool in this tutorial: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and uploading all of the resulting files to us. This will include the dump files; but it adds files that let us see what is going on with your system. This will help us help you.
