    I'm now thinking along the same lines - I noticed my motherboard is looking for around 300w and the cheap case and PSU I have is 250w....... so I've just ordered a better quality 500w version.... thanks again

    Update - Just installed a "Corsair TX650W" from eBuyer, very impressed! The machine doesn't sound like it's running and, I haven't had a BSOD yet! Thanks again to everyone involved !
