Windows 7: [BSOD] Which Hardware part is it?

Microsoft MVP

The Prime95 test (small FFT's) that tests the CPU the most was the only one without problems.
Yet the CPU stress test caused a BSOD - twice.

I'm figuring it's a memory error - but can't figure if it's:
- mobo memory (if any)
- CPU memory
- video memory
or if it's a problem with how the mobo handles the memory.

Do you know anyone with a similar processor, that's compatible with your system, that you can try in place of yours? Don't buy one unless you can return it for a full refund as we're still only guessing here.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

MemTest 8passes no errors

Furmark lets the GPU temperature go high, about 65deg max. but no BSOD

I ordered a new PSU with 750 Watt
I try returning the CPU if it doesnt help I will return the Mainboard
