Windows 7 keeps freezing.

Just freshly installed Win 7 Professional 64bit on a new hard disk. However as I am reinstalling all my programs back (I was previously using XP), I experienced a lot of freezing. Literally. I can't even press Ctrl + Alt + Del. I just end up pressing the reboot button on my CPU, this morning it happened FOUR TIMES, and I was just merely sending an email.

I'm running Core 2 Duo on an ASUS P5K SE/EPU, this motherboard doesn't have drivers for Win 7 I think. 4x 1GB RAM and Sapphire Radeon graphics card which also has no drivers for Win 7. But Windows seem to detect it pretty well, or it might be the cause of the crash, I don't know... honestly.

Attached are the event viewer logs. Please, please, please help this lady if you have any idea what's going on, thanks!
