Thanks for uploading the files. Please turn off Driver Verifier. The Driver Verifier enable dumps are pointing Widows system driver which are very unlikely to be the cause. Upload the next non-Driver Verifier dump that you get.

I find some outdated drivers load on your system. Older drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Update these drivers.
    ALSysIO64.sys Sun Apr 19 15:41:04 2009 - Core Temp - CPU temperature monitorCore Temp

anodlwfx.sys Fri Mar 06 05:10:08 2009 - ALPHA Filter Driver, Alpha Networks Inc

KMWDFILTER.sys Wed Apr 29 02:20:48 2009 - KMWDFilter Driver from UASSOFT.COM. I think this is a wireless mouse driver. from Kensington? Keyboard Software Home Page
The anodlwfx.sys driver may belong to an antivirus program and is likely to be causing problems.
Please go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and locate the anodlwfs.sys driver there. Right click on it, select Properties, then select the Details tab.

Then please let us know the information about the File description and product name (to help us in identifying the source of this driver).
    How to update drivers -
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page:
    Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page:
    Drivers and Downloads

Please post if you need help with the drivers. After you update them, reboot and let's see how your system does.

Alpha Networks, Inc is a spin of from D-Link. Here is their website: Alpha Networks Inc.. I did not tske the time to see if they have drivers you can download; but you can explore the site. You can also try the D-Link website: D-Link - Home & Home Office.

Please upload your latest dump file. ntoskrnl is a Windows system core file. It is very unlikely to be the real cause. When DBug can't find an exact cause, it has to blame the crash on something.
