your .dmp file is blaming tcpip.sys ( your network adapter ) as the cause of your crashes.. Download the latest available version from your manufacturers support site..

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck D1, {1000000, 2, 0, fffff8800167d6cc}

Probably caused by : tcpip.sys ( tcpip!TcpSegmentTcbSend+318 )

These drivers are out of date and need to be updated, or uninstall the associated program...

Code:
GEARAspiWDM.sys Mon May 18 08:17:04 2009 (4A1151C0 ... CD-ROM Class Filter Driver by Gear Software ... GEAR Software - DVD Mastering Software & CD Burning Software & GEAR PRO Mastering
mcdbus.sys Tue Feb 24 05:34:07 2009 (49A3CD1F) ... MagicISO driver ..Using MagicISO to create ISO image files
nltdi.sys    Sun May 13 08:34:38 2007 (464705DE) ... Netlimiter driver ... NetLimiter - The Ultimate Bandwidth Shaper
PxHlpa64.sys Tue Jun 23 19:16:35 2009 (4A416253) .... Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) ...pxHelp20.sys programs
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.
