Hi and welcome,
One dump blame on EX64.SYS as the cause.
It's Norton antivirus driver so I would recommend you to uninstall it and replace with MSE.
BugCheck 1A, {41287, 20, 0, 0}
Unable to load image \??\C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NIS_17.5.0.127\Definitions\VirusDefs\20101108.022\EX64.SYS, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for EX64.SYS

Probably caused by : EX64.SYS ( EX64+254c )
Another dump have 0x116 bugcheck --> VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Try reinstalling your VGA card driver. When reinstall, it's better to remove the current driver with driversweeper then download and install fresh copy your ATI HD 5700 driver.

There are numerous reports of hardware solutions to VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. The most common are:
- Poor Cooling
- Problems with the power supply

- Overclocking Issues

- Bad System memory or incorrect memory timings

- Defective PC Components

And these drivers need to be update:
CLBUDF.SYS   Mon Oct 13 20:34:47 2008 --> Cyberlink Instant Burn
CLBStor.sys  Mon Oct 13 20:34:50 2008 --> Cyberlink Storage Helper
netr28x.sys  Tue Aug 04 02:49:26 2009 --> Ralink WLAN card
