Windows 7 explorer error resolution

Problem signature:
I am experiencing errors with windows 7 ultimate X64 and the error message is that;(This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.)

When you press ok, you get task end prompting you to either check for online support or restart the affected application. On trying to restart or use internet solution, the same runtime error occurs. Any idea of what I could do to solve this! below is the details of the error.
