Problem event name: BlueScreen

Hi, when my laptop wakes up out of sleep mode, it freezes, and other times when I restart it freezes at the "Starting Windows" splash screen. At times safe mode won't even work, and only after a few hard reboots, my laptop boots. I have attached:

1. The error on startup (BlueScreen)
2. .dmp files
3. PERFMON html file

These are all contained in the "BlueScreen INFO.zip" file.

The SPP Notification Service has some problems - this is related to Software Licensing.
Are you sure that you have a legal copy of Windows and that it's properly activated?
Just FYI - If this is an illegal copy of Windows there's no telling what's causing the problems - and we can spend weeks looking for the issues without solving anything.

The VNC Server Version 4 also has issues. Please uninstall it and don't reinstall it until we're done troubleshooting.

There are a minimum of 55 hotfixes available for Win7, your system only has 48. I'd suggest visiting Windows Update and getting the rest of the updates immediately.

All of the errors are STOP 0x124 (more info here: BSOD Index )
This is an error that your CPU reports to Windows, and as such there's not much information that's readable.
These errors are mostly hardware problems, with compatibility issues coming next, then Windows issues, then 3rd party driver issues (not everyone agrees with this).

So, start by checking your hardware for issues - wiggling cards, checking cables, testing hardware, etc

As is typical with most HP systems, there are a number of outdated drivers on your system. Please visit the HP website and update the motherboard/chipset drivers and the storage drivers for your system. Here's a link to the typical drivers: HP DV4 Drivers
