Look at folder C:\Windows\Minidump\ --> if there is any new .dmp file then you must attach here to see the progress.

Then test your RAM with memtest86 for at least 7 passes(better overnight).Test each stick with different slots.
    The possibilities could be:
    - Bad stick RAM
    - Mismatch pair of RAM
    - Bad slot motherboard
    - 3rd driver that load in memory
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

So, no new report in minidump folder. System freezed couple of times today too.
I changed already ram modules, is possible that I got only faulty RAM?
Sure there is option that I have some bad slot motherboard...

I am considering to change MB with a totally different one.

Of course I will start to test ram with memtest, I did it already with all benches on, I'll do as you described, one by one and then when i finished all I will try every memory slot.

I checked all dimm I have in different slots. Memtest report a lot of errors in many configurations, actually only one bank of ram on 6 it looks like stable and it sounds quite weird to me.
Pc stop to freeze but once I couldn't awake it from standby and I couldn't make it run again, fan were starting as cd and hard disk but I couldn't get any "beep", I tried leave only one bank of ram and nothing, I took off all banks and nothing still and this sounds weird to me too (it shouldn't give some error for missing ram?). After some pull and put components (VGA, Disks, USB3 on pci-e) it started.
After some time it brutally shut down and I coudln't turn it on again. Now it is stable since couple of days.

    Facts:

    - Is not a software issue, no more bsod since I updated those drivers.
    - Is not PSU, is brand new, good quality, and at least I could read good voltages over everest (or this new version of it).
    - It is not overheating, CPU in idle is 35, MB 45 and GPU 55 C° of course.
    - I am quite unlucky if about RAM, on 6 dimm i have 5 are not working good, statistically is quite unbelievable.

I can only give guilt to CPU or motherboard, I have a spare sempron and I am waiting for a bulky AM3 MB to test it crossed and check results on memtest.

Statistical or not, memtest is not known for false errors ... if it is reporting errors, then you need to replace the RAM/motherboard, but that's up to you ... Good luck..

Sure I will, but it may be some problem in CPU (memory controller) or MB as well, isn't it?
With a crossed check I will take off any doubt.

    Hi,
    Perform System File Checker:
Right click command prompt → run as admin → sfc /scannow

    Test your CPU with prime95.
I know you had tried this test before but I would recommend you to try it again with longer time.

And reinstall your Realtek PCIe GBE driver.

Hi again. I ran sfc and it didn't find any problem. I'll leave prime95 for some hours on
