BSOD on startup NEED HELP !!!

Hi, i have been having BSOD only during the startup of my Win 7 HP 32 bit. I have analyzed the dmps using Bluescreen View and majority of them point to ntkrnlpa.exe and smtimes ATItool.sys and sometimes Ntfs.sys . I tried running driver verifier but i only get more BSODs without any dmp file. I checked the driver verifier and found two drivers without any providers 'dump_dumpfve.sys and dump_iastor.sys " . I have run Memtest86 for 7 passes and no errors. I am really at loss what to do . I am using MS security essentials.

    Remove ATI tool

You may be running MSE but have tons of your old symantec drivers stilling. Use the removal tool to scrape them off.

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

    Code:
    SYMDS.SYS 0x88fff000 0x00057000 5/17/2010 20:12:04 0x4bf1e964 0x88fa8000
    SYMEFA.SYS 0x894ba000 0x000a9000 7/22/2010 21:19:19 0x4c48fc27 0x89411000
    SYMEVENT.SYS 0x910e4000 0x00026000 7/30/2010 18:05:03 0x4c535a9f 0x910be000
    SymIMv.sys 0x8940c000 0x0000c000 7/6/2010 22:08:55 0x4c33efc7 0x89400000
    SYMNETS.SYS 0x910be000 0x0004f000 7/6/2010 22:11:18 0x4c33f056 0x9106f000
