the only solution the repair is giving me is the system restore and It's not solving the problem but I'll try it again now

I can't find the cbs.log file I looked in c:\windows\Logs\CBS and the folder is empty

I did a search to find it but it looks like it wasn't created!!

I did the scan again and searched for the file while scanning and after scanning and I couldn't find it

How about debugging explorer.exe using visual studio OR reinstalling explorer.exe?

I forgot to mention that the fault module in the problem details have changed:
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: explorer.exe
    Application Version: 6.1.7600.16450

I can access the safe mode now & I don't see the launch with repair option

I'm in safe mode but it is also a black screen where I can run applications via the task manger

    the problem details changed :
    Problem Event Name: BEX
    Application Name: explorer.exe
    Application Version: 6.1.7600.16450
    Application Timestamp: 4aeba271
    Fault Module Name: msvcrt.dll

I did the scan again and the results are the same & it didn't reboot
    and I can't find the cbs.log,too.

I restarted the computer & nothing new in normal or save modes
except for the problem details when it is in normal mode it is appcrash
and in safe mode it is BEX
