BSOD Dump file link is not available

i'm suffering from that blue screen in my pc ... i logged in to this forum to find the solution , i've read the instruction thread about how to make a new thread explaning my problem but in the second step which's download BSOD Dump & System File Collection app there was a problem .. the link for download the BSOD Dump & ...etc is not working
could anyone fix it please

Windows 10, Home Clean Install

Those dump files are vital to obtain help
Can you do this, maybe in safe mode if necessary.
