Several problems

1-Symantec-- remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials and the win 7 firewall.

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

2-Pool Corruption (memory) probably caused by symantec but test to be sure

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

3-Run a system file check-- to verify the OS files

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

As indicated below Microsoft Security Essentials, and win 7 firewall is currently being recommended.

Both of these crashes occurred with uptimes of a little over a minute or less and both indicate memory corruption. Since you did get an error with Memtest previously, I suggest you run it a gain for at least 10 passes. Run Memtest from a cold boot after your computer has been off for a while. This will take about 8 hours. RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Post back with your results.

If you get no errors with Memtest, test your CPU and RAM with Prime following the instructions carefully in this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
