BSOD Locale ID 1033

Hi,

For the second time, I have experienced this particular BSOD.

The first time, I left my computer in sleep mode and when I returned, it was turned off. I powered it on, and once Windows loaded, a window appeared with the information below.

Tonight, I was restarting my computer and experienced this same BSOD.

I've attached the minidump file.

Thanks in advance for the help!

OK you have several problems.

1-USBHUB.SYS Go into device manager and uninstall it. On next reboot windows will install the correct driver.

Really old drivers including the creative, the raid, and many others. They need updating.

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Hi,

Thank you for your help. Looking at the USB Controllers section of Device Manager, there are multiple Hubs, Host Controllers, and Mass Storage devices installed. Which one(s) should I uninstall?

Thanks!
