    Windows 7 Freezing


    I know there could be lots of reasons for this problem, but I want to know what you think. If I'm watching a random video, my computer just freezes. I have to shut it down and load back up. Like I said before, there is many reasons and it is not detailed. I don't know what else to give you a better description. Any help would be nice.

freezes up a lot.run Norton in both regular a safe mode.cures it for 15-20 min and starts freezing up again.And the mouse gets to a point I cannot control it.
