PC freezes and restarts waking from sleep

I have a new (custom) PC. When I wake the computer from sleep after a few seconds the programs (if any are open) freeze and it restarts.

    PC: ACPI x64-based PC
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
    PROCESSOR|: QuadCore Intel Core i7 870, 3200 MHz
    MAINBOARD: Intel Kingsberg DP55KG
SSD: Corsair CSSD-F120GB2 12OGb (System and Programs)
    HDD: WD Green 1.5TB
    HDD 2: WD Green 1.5TB
    DIMM1: Corsair 4 GB DDR3-1066 DDR3 SDRAM
    DIMM3: Corsair 4 GB DDR3-1066 DDR3 SDRAM
    VIDEO CARD: Matrox MP-PCIe-9064
    MONITORS: 2 NEC MultiSync LCD2170NX

It goes without saying, any help would be greatly appreciated

    Run Disk Check

    Code:

    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

No luck. Ran Disk Check. It picked up some errors:

    2 unindexed files recovered.

    .....
Cleaning up 1030 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 1030 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 1030 unused security descriptors.
    .....
Correcting errors in the master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute.
CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the volume bitmap.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.

but problem remains. It's especially bad if I have a few applications open when I put the PC into sleep.

No one with thoughts on this one?

    BlueScreenView tells me:
    Bug Check String: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
    Bug Check Code: 0x000000f4
    Caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
    Caused by address: ntoskrnl.exe+70740

    Does this help at all?...

    no solution

Well, it's been a while since I posted to this thread. In the meanwhile I took the PC back to the shop. After 2 weeks I got it back. They had removed Acronis Home Image 2011, Acronis Disk Director and Network Magic. That seemed to help for a while but the problem is back.
Can't come out of sleep mode without crashing.

I've attached the last 5 dump files.

If anyone has any ideas on this please give a shout. I'm starting to think that my Mac friends were right.

Your most recent dumps blame hard disk corruption
    Run Disk Check

ran CheckDisk but there were no errors. (As in a previous post, this wasn't the problem).

I downloaded and ran Memtest-86 but that crashed.
v3.4 froze after 5 minutes (Testing 120K-2048M Halting....)
v3.5 and v4.5SMP both froze after 5 seconds.

They didn't indicate any errors. The program just stopped....
