Couple of BSOD's I have had

A few days ago my pc randomly crashed and I got SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x03b and this morning a bsod when I launched BFBC2 and it had no error name with the stop code 0x124. I uploaded the dumps. I am OCing but Its been tested and stable for a month. These 2 bsods only happen in conjunction with running BFBC2 seemingly. The first happening during and the other happening at launch. Ram has been tested, cpu OC has been benchmarked with a few different tools (prime95 3dmark06 and burnintest just to list a few). I cannot forsee anything physically wrong. My gfx card is on 10.11 drivers and everything else is up to date as far as I can tell. Everything except my gfx card and HDD is brand new from october. My windows is retail.
