Blue Screen After Sleep Mode.

I get this error after my computer comes out of sleep:

I know it's a driver issue, I just can't figure out which one. I've also noticed a BIG loss of computing power. IE seems to be sucking up a ton of RAM. Please help.

Remove any Abit Uguru Utility software and stop overclocking

Abit Uguru never caused a problem before, strange. I can remove that, but I didn't even know I was overclocking. How can I fix that?

Try disabling all desktop gadgets. They sometime start to make such a problem. Also exit all possible programs before entering sleep mode. Sometimes wireless drivers(or other drivers) can cause a BSOD or a bug in the BIOS of the computer in older models.

Just remove the Abit Uguru(which is an overclocking software)

I don't have any gadgets running. Really? Never heard that.
