    Windows crashes and freezes no blue screen


    Please help! I don't understand why my new laptop is crashing so often. Four crashes today alone..

    Hi,
    You have memory corruption issue, it can be caused by bad RAM or 3rd party driver.
    And I see you have old drivers that may cause the problem, so you must update it ASAP.
