Win7 Restarts When I Tell It to Shut Down (not a BSOD!)
I just built a new desktop and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit on it, and I've been pretty happy with it so far. The only oddity is that when I tell the machine to shut down, it reboots instead. When it tell it restart, it does it just fine. It's not super obnoxious, but it is something I'd like to fix. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
