Hi, loltim; welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having troubles. One of your dumps is error code 124, which is a fatal hardware error. Please read this article about bugcheck 124: [2-Int] Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try. YOur other bugcheck is A, which is also a hardware/hardware related error.
Both of these errors can be caused by drivers and I find a very obsolete XP driver on your system. This driver is an almost guaranteed BSOD maker. Quote: Code: ASACPI.sys Thu Aug 12 22:52:52 2004 The 2004 and 2005 versions of this driver are a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2004). I find another program on your system that seems to have a bad reputation with Win 7 and Vista systems, Trusteer Rapport. I recently worked a BSOD for another poster and this software was the cause. He had a 124 error code also. Some banks, particularly Canadian banks, seem to be pushing this software. Download Revo Uninstaller (free) and use Revo to remove all traces of this software. You might want to read this blog about Trusteer Rapport: MPECS Inc. Blog: Windows 7 BSODs – RapportPG64.sys is the Culprit
Follow these suggestions, reboot and see how your system does. Update us and let us know. If you get another BSOD after updating ASACPI.sys and uninstalling Trusteer Rapport, upload it and we will begin testing hardware. Code: Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (2 procs) Free x86 compatible

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: b2cc8ff8, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000001, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 82c5de85, address which referenced memory

thanks a lot!
it hasnt crashed yet, and hopefully it wont. I've removed Rapport and updated the driver mentioned. As for stopping 0x124 none of my hardware is overclocked, the machine is well cooled (30-40C), updates for other drivers checked for, and i ran the mentioned stress tests and no errors were shown
Hopefully that should put an end to it. | My System Specs

The obsolete ATK0110 driver is a big crash cause. I had crashes until I updated that and my BIOS on my ASUS board. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Pugh Technologies OS W7 Professional x64 CPU AMD Athlon II X3 445 Rana 3.10 GHz Motherboard MSI 870A-G54 Memory PNY XLR DDR3 1600 4x2GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (fermi) 1GB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek ALC892 onboard Monitor(s) Displays ASUS VE205t, Viewsonic VX2035WM Screen Resolution 1600x900, 1600x1050 Keyboard Logitec 55 Mouse Razer Deathadder PSU Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W Case ThermalTake Armor A90 Mid Tower Cooling 3x 120mm in, 1x 120mm & 200mm out, self built hydro-cooler Hard Drives 977GB Hitachi Hitachi HDS721010CLA332

Hopefully that should put an end to it. You are very welcome. LiquidSnak is right. I suspect that 2004 driver was the main cause; but Rapport is a documented cause of problems also. Great job of following suggestions. I hope the fix is the easy. There is no need to troubleshoot the 124 error code at this time. Let's wait and see how your system does.
Update us again in two or three days and let us know how your system is doing. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home built OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit CPU Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz Motherboard ASUS P4P800-VM Motherboard Chipset: Intel 865G + ICH5 Memory 2.50 GB RAM Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Sound Card SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio (Chip) Monitor(s) Displays ViewSonic VX 1962 wm Screen Resolution 1680 X 1050 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000 v10 USB Mouse Logitec optic USB Cooling Fan based Hard Drives Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 80 GB

hmm it just froze again now and I have no idea why. The temperatures are all reasonable. It just froze and I had to hold down the power button to force a shutdown. Ctrl Alt Del didnt affect anything either. | My System Specs

Do you know what revision your BIOS is?
When it freezes, if you leave it for an extended period of time, does it 'wake up' so to speak?
If you get another freeze, leave it be for 5-10 minutes, and see if it un-freezes. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Pugh Technologies OS W7 Professional x64 CPU AMD Athlon II X3 445 Rana 3.10 GHz Motherboard MSI 870A-G54 Memory PNY XLR DDR3 1600 4x2GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (fermi) 1GB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek ALC892 onboard Monitor(s) Displays ASUS VE205t, Viewsonic VX2035WM Screen Resolution 1600x900, 1600x1050 Keyboard Logitec 55 Mouse Razer Deathadder PSU Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W Case ThermalTake Armor A90 Mid Tower Cooling 3x 120mm in, 1x 120mm & 200mm out, self built hydro-cooler Hard Drives 977GB Hitachi Hitachi HDS721010CLA332
