    Random BSOD

I have been experiencing BSOD issues for the last month or so. It all started the day before a programming competition right after I freshly installed the latest distro of Ubuntu. I had several crashes the next few days and I wasn't able to pin down the issue. Computer ran fine for a week then started BSOD again to the point where Windows wouldn't finish loading before a BSOD occurred. The BSOD error is Memory Management. My first thought was bad ram. I ran Windows memory diagnostics and got an error. Reseated the memory ran overnight and no errors. I then ran memtest all day long with no errors returned. Still unable to boot. I reinstalled Win7 probably 3-4 times that week and still had BSOD issues. I then took my disk utils, zeroed out the disk, and reinstalled WIn7. For the last 3 weeks it's been working fine until the other day, BSOD Memory Management. Now i'm completely stumped. The only suggestion I've had that makes sense is that my mobo may be failing .001% of the time. This is very strange since I have not changed my hardware setup in over a year since it was built. I tried using the windows debugger but I am unfamiliar with it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
