I got a BSOD called 0x0000001E.
I was gaming & downloading in the background when it happens.

I see that you are running Windows Defender. Defender is known to cause conflicts on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials. It supersedes Defender, offers better protection, and runs smoothly with Win 7. MSE will turn off Windows Defender; you do not have to uninstall it.

I find two slightly outdated drivers loaded on your system. Older drivers can and do cause memory corruption and your dump indicates memory corruption. Update these drivers.

Update or eliminate these two drivers, install MSE, reboot, and run your system. Update us and let us know how it is running. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will start testing hardware. Hopefully, this will fix your problem.
