Strange startup problem

I have installed dual-boot Linux and Windows 7. Everything works fine until I remove Office 2010 Trial and install Office 2007 (without rebooting system). When installation was done, I restarted my computer and Windows cannot start. During start up, BSOD screen flashes and gone. Repair manager cannot recovery my system, so I tried to restore it manually. Restore process sometimes complete with errors, but another time complete successfully. In command prompt I see that all drive letters was changed (C drive letter is E now, system reserved B is C now, etc) I use diskpart to change it, and that was done with no trouble. When restarted, nothing was repaired, problem is still here... My drives are healthy,I can manage my files through recovery command prompt and file manager in Linux.

This is output from recovery manager:
Problem signature:
Problem event name: StartupRepairOffline
Problem signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 03: Unknown
Problem signature 04: 21200785
Problem signature 05: AutoFailover
Problem signature 06: 7
Problem signature 07: NoRootCause
OS version: 6.1.7600.
Locale ID: 1033

I'm desparate, reinstallation whole system will be painful for me. What you suggest me to do?
