I think I'm suppose to post this two?...

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    Hello,

In my experience, the Kernel Power Error 41 is usually caused by hardware; however, I am seeing network errors, so let's start with those.
    Code:
    Event[8]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Tcpip
      Date: 2010-12-05T23:52:52.366
      Event ID: 4227
      Task: N/A
      Level: Warning
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Jingyu-PC
      Description:
TCP/IP failed to establish an outgoing connection because the selected local endpoint was recently used to connect to the same remote endpoint. This error typically occurs when outgoing connections are opened and closed at a high rate, causing all available local ports to be used and forcing TCP/IP to reuse a local port for an outgoing connection. To minimize the risk of data corruption, the TCP/IP standard requires a minimum time period to elapse between successive connections from a given local endpoint to a given remote endpoint.

    Event[299]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Microsoft-Windows-Time-Service
      Date: 2010-12-05T20:33:03.363
      Event ID: 134
      Task: N/A
      Level: Warning
      Opcode: Info
      Keyword: N/A
      User: S-1-5-19
      User Name: NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE
      Computer: Jingyu-PC
      Description:
NtpClient was unable to set a manual peer to use as a time source because of DNS resolution error on ''. NtpClient will try again in 3473457 minutes and double the reattempt interval thereafter. The error was: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. (0x80072AFC)
I would suggest that you remove Avast first, using this tool: http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

    Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Install these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers too: Realtek

Also, what is the make and model of your PSU?

Firstly, thanks for replying I'm gonna try removing Avast and replacing it with MSE now. Secondly, I think I included my PSU in my system specs? o-o

Thanks, I must admit I don't even check that anymore. So few people do it, I just got into the habit of asking all the time.

Good job on the specs, too bad all aren't like you.
