ERROR 1068:need help

hi,

i need help with a error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

i recently did something idk what i did, but i cant use IE in normal boot up.
i open IE and it stays on the loading page, shows a clock then ''website found, waiting for reply'' on the bottom left corner.: paperclip : Untitled2212.png
After it loads the bar it says this: paperclip : dnsasn.png
and cant start any services because i get error 1068 when i try to start them.

like internet connection sharing (ICS) service. when i click start on it this pops up : paperclip : Untitled321.png


also when i do any kind of troubling shooting i get this: paperclip : Untitl5555.png
