KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR while playing

Hello, i have a bsod problem. I've been getting KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR bsod for some time now ONLY while playing games. Before the BSOD occurs, my harddrive seems to restart 1-3 times in ~5 minutes (sounds like it stops spinning and starts again).
It happens with at least 5 different games so the games aren't the problem.

System specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
Pentium Dual-Core E5200 @2.50GHz
3072MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Western Digital Hard Drive: WD6400AAKS-65A7B2 (Caviar Blue) 600GB

I've ran multiple memtests and all good. Also ran test for Hard Drive and no problems found.

BSOD Caused By Driver: ntoskrnl.exe x4 , Ntfs.sys x2 , ataport.SYS x1
