Thankyou. My BIOS sees the HDD, however the Windows installation doesn't.

Okay, i am sorry for causing you trouble. Now it is showing up, but it seems that every single piece of DATA on it has been wiped... The partitions are gone, every thing is gone. I did not choose an option to format it, or anything. Please, please tell me how to fix this.

Seems the HDD is failing or corrupted, your last resort is to format it with the installation disk and reinstall Windows 7

D and E had all of my Data on it, four years worth. I cannot see any partition, only one large amount of space.
    Suggestions? Still the same?

The partitions seems to have been erased, a clean install is the only solution now
If the data can be recovered then use System RescueCD, its a linux based OS that can recover damaged systems
    SystemRescueCd

As you siad in your first post, the crash occurred when you were copying files, there is a high probability that the data stored is corrupt
