Windows 7 blue screen of death...egh

So I'm having my first run in with the BSOD and am completely stumped. The blue screen appears every time I log into my account and a few times when I log into it on safe mode (which I'm in now). I've been doing some reading on it and it has something to do with my drivers needing to be updated. The error is:
    Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The issue is I haven't installed any new hardware on my comp that would require me to have to update drivers and when I go to my device manager and to update my drivers, they're all up to date. Can someone please help (this is the worse possible timing. FINALS WEEK)

I tried restoring my laptop to a previous state, but a good 15 minutes later the screen appeared once more. Downloaded and used a registry cleaner as well, but to no avail.

Thanks. Also, here is the problem report from the system:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

    Also,
perfmon /report constantly results in "An error occured while attempting to generate the report. The system cannot find the path specified." I'm trying to get through this, but I am not computer
savvy, sorry. Any help on how to get rid of that error if its really required to solve this bsod issue.

    Several problems

    1-sptd.sys
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

thanks- i'll follow the steps now, but how do I go about re-installing iastor? would it require a disc or just a search for it online like the others.

Sincerest thanks for your help, once again~

Hi stressedstudent. Please run the JCGriff tool again and upload all of the files it generates. There are only two files in your upload plus the dump file. I will look at the dump and be back.

I find two strange drivers on your system that I cannot find anything on in Google or other sources. This type of driver is usually generated by Daemon Tools. If you have Daemon Tools installed, uninstall it and Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
    Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

These strange drivers are also generated by some third party security programs such as keylogger protection programs. Do you have any third party security software installed?

I recommend that you uninstall Trend Micro using this removal tool:
Tool (64 bit). Trend Micro is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems as are many third party antivirus programs. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. You can try Trend Micro again after you get your system stable; but I do not recommend doing so.

You have some outdated drivers on your system. One of them is iaStor.sys which was involved in your crash. Out of date drivers can and do cause conflicts, memory corruption, and BSOD's. Two of your drivers are really obsolete. Update these drivers.
adfs.SYS Thu Jun 26 16:52:37 2008 - Adobe File System Driver. Adobe. There is no update for this driver. Rename it. See note below.

ASMMAP64.sys Sun Feb 04 14:52:56 2007 - LENOVO ATK Hotkey ATK0101 ACPI UTILITY. Lenovo Support - Home page. This is an XP driver. Update it or uninstall the utility.

    ATK64AMD.sys Tue May 12 21:04:54 2009 - INTEL AS96FM945GM1/S96S ACPI Control Driver. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx.

    iaStor.sys Thu Jun 04 21:53:40 2009 - Intel Storage drivers. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx.

    sncduvc.SYS Mon Dec 29 04:14:26 2008
    - Suyin USB 2.0 Webcam driver OEM - none at 實盈股份有é™å…¬å¸ or
http://www.sonix.com.tw/sonix/downloads.do/. If you cannot update this driver, uninstall the webcam. It is obsolete.

    snp2uvc.sys Wed May 20 04:11:05 2009 - See above.
Follow all of these suggestions, reboot and see how your system does. Please post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800131fd4d, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
Arg4: ffffffffffffffff, Parameter 1 of the exception

Thanks for uploading the rest of the files. I finished my analysis and added more info in my post above. In the files you uploaded, I think I see another security program running and it seems to have crashed several times - Spyware Cease. I suggest that you uninstall any and all third part security programs. Run only MSE and Windows Firewall until you get your system stable. If you wish an additional program for malware protection, install Malwarebytes (free) and run it as an on demand scanner. MBAM runs well with Win 7 and is a very good program.

I'm sorry, I'm not good with computers and have a few questions:

I'm told I need get rid of ASMMAP64.sys, LENOVO ATK Hotkey ATK0101 ACPI UTILITY, but I don't own a Lenovo and can't find the file even in the drivers folder. I'm on an Asus and the closest thing I see to that is "ATK0100 ACPI UTILITY" in device manager.

    With "
ATK64AMD.sys- INTEL AS96FM945GM1/S96S ACPI Control Driver." I found:
    ACPI Control Driver

ATK0100 ACPI Utility for Windows* Vista 64

on the website recommended, but its for windows Vista 64*, not windows 7: home edition 64*. does it matter? could I still download it to fix that issue.

    and lastly:

is there a certain way that iastor.sys must be downloaded and installed. I've replaced the first iastor.sys with those downloaded form the intel matrix storage driver, but the error stills says that the problem is iastor.

Sorry if those are too many questions, no tech team I get in contact with vie phone is being helpful in the least.
