    BSOD help please?

    Hi folks,

I've recently had a blue screen on my laptop a couple of times -- once today and once yesterday. In both cases, I had not touched the computer for some time. Once, it was on battery power and the other time plugged in. Other than that, I don't think there were any differences in my usage at the time.

    • Sager NP5796 (Clevo M570TU)
    • Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    • Previously it had XP Pro
    • Both are full retail version
    • The system is 2 years old (new HDD last month, upgraded RAM 4 months ago)
    • Running Windows 7 for less than a month

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I've left anything out. Thank you so much for your help.

BSODs caused by Intel Networking/Wifi driver
Update it using the update utility
    Intel® Driver Update Utility

    Code:
    BugCheck 9F, {3, fffffa8004679060, fffff80004272518, fffffa80087258b0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for NETwNs64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for NETwNs64.sys
    Probably caused by : NETwNs64.sys

Awesome. Thank you so much yowanvista!

By the way (for anyone else looking at this thread), I had to install the new driver in safe mode.

    Thanks again!
