Run a scan of
Malwarebytes

Chose 'Safe mode with networking', download malwarebytes and run a scan

Hi i have sony EB14 laptop with 320 gb hdd and 2 gb ram i3 processor windows 7 home basic . Some times when i ON it it shows windows is preparing your desktop and opens in safe mode with some vb script error showing some path in c drive

This is a clear sign of malware infection, run the scan mentioned above
Go to Start>All programs>Startup and remove any suspicious startup programs from the list

Hey GUYS NEED an urgent solution for a critical problem . Please find the below problem
Windows 7 Home basic shows up windows recovery error with the below 2 options
1) lanch windows recovery (Recomended)
2) Start windows normally
System is not booting up in safe mode also it shows a blue screen and restarts again
Below is the configuration of my laptop
sony vaio EB14 (windows 7 home basic 64 bit)
I3 processor
320 gb samsung harddisk
2.31 ghz
3 gb Ram
I have performed whole system formatting through recovery tool still it gives the same
I am Really FED up Please help on this ASAP
