RAM Stability

Hi, I am running a Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H with 4x ADATA 2Gb Gaming Series DDR1333G RAM. I have been experiencing severe stability issues and BSOD which I have posted about before here (link below).

I have used Memtest86+ to test the RAM and found no problems with it or the slots (6 passes). I am wondering if my voltages, etc are to blame. I am also running an older version of the BIOS. I have set the ram timings and voltage to the recommended but have still had problems. Should I change the northbridge voltage too or other settings? Update the BIOS (currently version F4, latest version F7)? Increase the RAM voltage further?
