New computer crashing and ATI Catalyst Control Center

Hello, I just got a new computer for my wife, it has Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Intel i5CPU2.8GHz
4Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD5700

The problem is on most start ups, I get a BSOD related to Memory Management after Windows loads in. First thought is hardware problem with RAM. However, the BSOD only happens when ATI Catalyst Control Center fails when starting. I get an error message saying it failed with options like "Check online for a solution" etc. Shortly after, BSOD. Sometimes ATI Catalyst Control Center loads in fine, then BSOD doesn't happen, and she can use the computer all day and it's completely fine.

So a "memory management" BSOD only happens when ATI CCC has an error loading. Any ideas what' might be causing this besides faulty ram?

This happens with the version of CCC which came on disc. It ALSO happens after I downloaded and installed the lateset version of CCC.

Ok, I completely removed all ATI stuff, and reinstalled the most recent package. Just rebooted once since all that, no BSOD, so fingers crossed. Thanks.

Sadly, this didn't work. I did completely uninstall all ATI and reinstalled the latest drivers. Still getting the same Memory management BSOD most of the time when booting up. I brought my computer back to the shop yesterday (it's a brand new computer, bought pre-made), they just called, they're not able to reproduce the BSOD at all, and all the hardware tests came back clean. They're gonna keep looking at it particularly the ATI CCC settings.
Why was I getting the error on 80% of the time when booting, and they're not getting it at all?

The only difference is my peripherals at home, but the computer only had:
USB mouse
PS/2 Keyboard
USB headphone
Speaker jack
DVI monitor (Viewsonic LCD monitor)
Network cable

Nothing weird or unusual hooked up.

I am getting a different BSO now. I'm getting IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD, and it's not preceded by error messages from ATI CCC like before. Got it three times this morning. I plan on reformatting the hard drive and doing a complete, fresh install of Windows 7 this weekend.

Hello, I haven't reformatted yet. The computer still gets BSOD on more than half of boot-ups (I power off and reboot until it doesn't get a BSOD, then it can run, play games, etc. fine for 10 hours or more).

I've attached 3 .dmp files (renamed to .txt for upload purposes). I used NirSoft BSOD viewer to look at the minidump files, these 3 attachments represent the 3 different ones I'm getting. Most of them are Memory Management with ntoskrnl.exe blamed.

Any help is *greatly* appreciated!
