    Crashing


    hello again,when i want to play WOW exacly after i press ENTER to log in my pc crashes what should i do ...?i will attach the files that BSOD Dump & System File Collection app gathered

    There is no dump file in the attachment, try the alternative method

    i looked in c:/windows/minidumps and there is no files

    Be sure you have enabled minidumps ...

    Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    Double-click System.
    Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
    In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (64k).

    To change the folder location for the small memory dump files, type a new path in the Dump File box (or in the Small dump directory box, depending on your version of Windows).

    Make sure your system is configured to generate minidump files.
    Set MiniDump

    ive done all the setings in your post ,i run the game again and the same thing happened,and there is no dump files in the mini dump folder

    Then your computer did no bluescreen at all
    Update you graphic drivers Graphics Drivers & Software

    i updated my graphic card drivers and the problem persist any ideea?
