btw appreciate the help, dont want to make it seem im not happy with your help
Your dumps blame nvlddmkm.sys, the Nvidia display drivers
Disable driver verifier now Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
- If you are overclocking reset default clocks
- Boot in safe mode with networking
- Uninstall all Nvidia related drivers
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
- Download and install the latest Nvidia drivers NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.99 WHQL
- Reboot into normal mode
The dmps also point to your USB drivers as the cause.Code:BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff8000307e634, fffff88002fe78b8, fffff88002fe7120} Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+91f54 )
I would therefore recommend uninstalling your USB drivers, and installing a fresh copy from the manufacturer's website.
i figured it was my video card cause it has been lagging like all hell but hey i already have 260.99 installed?
did it somehow get corrupted?
and BTW no i am not overclocking
The nvlddmkm.sys BSOD is most frequently caused by a bad/overheating graphic card or a fault set of RAM sticks
I suggest reinstalling the drivers using the above steps
Test the RAM, if any errors are found your should replace the RAM sticks
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
yea lately when i been playing FIFA 11 my screen will get shakey, but i mean its a rather new card i bought it about 4-5 months ago the ram is pretty new as well
Do you mean like color distortion and random colored lines appearing, if so the card is overheating, I suggest cleaning it and removing the dust accumulated in the GPU fanmy screen will get shakey
no i dont mean like that, i ve never gotten lines, discoloration or any of that
like the game will lag a bit and move slow but then run fine. i have the settings on high cause i figure my computer can handle it and it did for awhile, i know this card if it gets over 70c thats considered overheating, but during gameplay i never get above 50c it idles @ 35c
im back on my desktop after reinstalling the drivers, ill let u know if i have another BSOD
as you can see i try to keep my computer as clean as possible, i keep a can of dust spray around at all times
