    Dump blames your ATI display drivers

    - Uninstall the ATI drivers
    - Reboot into safe mode with networking
    - Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
    - Update to the latest driver version Graphics Drivers & Software
    - Reboot
