I agree with Cybercore. You have a hardware problem. Did you see any errors from Memtest before your computer shut off? Memtest runs outside of Windows; so the shutting off is due to your hardware. It has nothing to do with Windows.
Hmm i try run memtest at night but is strange becasue i switch RAMS today i use Another same rams becasue i have another pc with same hardware but with another motherload so i think i dont get so much bsod and i can play league of legends withouts crash but still when i play garrys mod or just when my system restars i got bsod.So now i have different but same RAMS.
Edit: i have idea try underclock my Rams and cpu but i absollutly dont know what numbers do at bios,i using this rams http://www.corsair.com/products/xms2dhx/default.aspx
For this RAM set timings as your link shows, 5-5-5-18. If it crashes, set them 'Auto' and test them seperately and then in different slots. To find out where those settings are in bios, read in the bios manual.
1. If you are already using auto set them 5-5-5-18
2. Try 1 stick at a time in and then in different slots
