ok i try run memtest, but after 10-20 minutes pc just turn off
i try run again and after 10-20 minutes turn off so now i dont know what really i cant do
    pls help me

So what mean if memtest just shut down pc?
Bad Rams ? or something ?
It means a hardware error. In those 20 minutes running it, did the memtest show a single error? Can you run it again with one stick of RAM? Can also be your PSU bit the dust.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 8be857ea, memory referenced
    Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 00000000, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)

I agree with Cybercore. You have a hardware problem. Did you see any errors from Memtest before your computer shut off? Memtest runs outside of Windows; so the shutting off is due to your hardware. It has nothing to do with Windows.

For this RAM set timings as your link shows, 5-5-5-18. If it crashes, set them 'Auto' and test them seperately and then in different slots. To find out where those settings are in bios, read in the bios manual.

    1. If you are already using auto set them 5-5-5-18
    2. Try 1 stick at a time in and then in different slots
