Windows 7: Windows 7 multiple update errors (800B0100 and 80073712)

Ever since I've built my computer, I have been getting memory BSODs. I have reformatted my drive twice, but I have STILL gotten BSODs which have all been memory-related. Now I am posting this because before I do all sorts of mem-testing and all, I want everything up-to-date. I have installed no programs but Google Chrome. When I was told I could not install the 5 updates it says I need, I was given a message that TWO errors had been detected. Error code "800B0100" and "80073712." I clicked "get help with this errror for both, and I did everything I was directed to do, but nothing has worked thus far. PLEASE help me figure out what is wrong with my computer.
