    How to read memory.dmp file?

How can i read the MEMORY.DMP file created by windows during a BSOD. My MEMORY.DMP file in the windows directory is 326mb's in size. I want to see what information it contains before submitting it due to privacy reasons. This is a full memory dump, and not a minidump. Do i have to use Microsoft Debugging tools or are there also thirdparty tools that can assist me with reading the content of the dump? I'm using W7 64 bit Ultimate. Thanks in advance!!

I'm fairly sure I know what caused the BSOD's. It happened several times over a span of 2 weeks. Each time windows pointed to avgntflt.sys which belongs to Avira AV as causing the BSOD. I've since removed Avira, and I have deleted the windows log files. I only kept logs created by Avira (firstlsp.reg) , minidumps, and the MEMORY.DMP file.
