Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power BSOD Windows 7 issue Please help!
I started having this issue today and have had no luck solving it. Anytime I start up windows and log on to a user it'll Blue Screen with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. This first happened when I was browsing the internet on random websites. Java randomly opened and was doing something. It appeared in the bottom right corner and my computer went considerably slower. I knew something was up, then it BSODed. My computer runs fine in safe mode and safe mode with networking. However I cannot install any debugging tools from microsoft. Nor can I install any sort of driver locating software. An error always pops up saying I'm not connected to the internet, yet I obviously am.
