Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power BSOD Windows 7 issue Please help!

I started having this issue today and have had no luck solving it. Anytime I start up windows and log on to a user it'll Blue Screen with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. This first happened when I was browsing the internet on random websites. Java randomly opened and was doing something. It appeared in the bottom right corner and my computer went considerably slower. I knew something was up, then it BSODed. My computer runs fine in safe mode and safe mode with networking. However I cannot install any debugging tools from microsoft. Nor can I install any sort of driver locating software. An error always pops up saying I'm not connected to the internet, yet I obviously am.

After removing Spyware Doctor (PC Tools) and McAfee, I updated my Saitek drivers.

The problem still persists. The BSOD varies from SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION and IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

I am attaching the minidumps I have since this issue started. Maybe the first minidump will shed some light. I tried to view them in Blue Screen Viewer but it didn't help.

    Thanks in advance.

Seems you have other faulting drivers

The dmp(s) point to ntkrpamp.exe or ntoskrnl.exe as the probable cause. We know this is not the case, as these are core OS files, and will definitely not cause a BSOD. They are just the default files the debuggers blame when they can't see a better cause. We need to run driver verifier to pinpoint the faulting driver...

    - Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
    - Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
    - Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
    - Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
    - Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
    - Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out.

    Then upload the new dumps

-Remove Speedfan, its driver is from 2006 and its oudated

Alright I updated all driver you told me. When I was updating the raid drivers I noticed the latest version was 12/14 (the date I first encountered the issue). I also noticed the program that uses that is on startup, so I disabled it from startup.

I also did the step by step verify process you told me of.

Right now I'm not in safe mode. This is the first time I've been able to start up normally and things are functioning well. No BSOD for about 20 minutes. I will update if I get one. Thanks in the meantime though. This is a great forum for instant help.
