I get a blank blue screen sometimes, about once every 3 days, when I turn on the computer ! In event viewer I do not have any errors..
Is your system set to create minidumps?
    Set MiniDump
    not only dump memory
    Enable it

Can you boot into Safe Mode? If so collect the Dump file for this by following the guide at https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html and start a new thread in the Crashes and Debugging forum with all the relevant info mentioned in the guide.

If you can't boot into safe mode or can't find the dump file start a thread there anyway asking for help on how to do so. Our experts on BSoDs will be more than happy to help.

I did not BSOD. Only pure blue screen with no text and numbers of any message!

BSoD means Blue Screen of Death.

You are having BSoD and a freeze up.

If you post in the Crashes & Debugging forum they will help you.

Click this link: Crashes and Debugging

Click the 'New Thread' button and describe what is happening to your computer.
Use the link yowanvista added above (Dump files - Upload to Seven Forums) and add the zip file to your post.

Someone will help you fix it.

I have reappeared an empty blue screen after booting windows 7 until the desktop.Marked minidump in system settings but it never appeared. Also, there is no minidump folder in Windows folder (hidden files and folders are displayed). What should I do? I noticed that it appeared when the computer is not turned on for a long time

I am going to have the moderators move this thread to Crash and Debugging section.
This way you will get some help.

    Okay?

You may have to make a folder for the minidumps. I'm not sure where to put this folder.

The BSOD people can tell you where to put the folder. It has a specific spot it needs to be.

    Mike

    Thanks Z!

    BSOD crew.
Viged can't find or there is no minidump folder. Please assist to find or make a folder.

Be nice to my buddy here.
