bsod - when shutting down the pc

my bsod occurs only when i want to shut down the pc (but not every time), and it never occoured while playing games or using the pc, only on shut down. that blue screen last 1 or 2 secs and after that, the pc simply restarts...and i dont have enough time to read that screen.

this is the message i have received after restart

    Additional information about the problem:

    BCP3: A1B1BBD4
    BCP4: 00000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600

Files that help describe the problem:

in the attachment you will find .dmp files and also " WER-40778-0.sysdata.xml" maybe it will be usefull.

i`ve tried myself to solve this problem but i ended ripping my hair off :|( ntkrnlpa.exe : this might be the file which is causing this trouble...but i want also your opinion about this issue and how to fix it... )

    I guess it fixed it?
But if you get unknown error trying to update Windows software you almost certainly have a rootkit known as TDSS which infects the harddrive and have such symptoms.
