Visual C++ debug Assertion Failed

i am having a dell studio 1558.
i just changed the memory and hard drive because of random crashes and bsod.
but from some time i am having the same kind of problem agian. i just upgraded my bios and graphics driver. but when i reboot there is this error.
file: .\stdiofile.ex.cpp
line: 489

i tried to search for the solution but i didn't find it.
many threads have a conclusion that the crashes in studio are due to faulty freefall data protection soft. i removed and installed the latest version. but the problem persists. please help..

Hey the only solution is to get a new windows image and us e it with the key provided below the battery. I have tried various things but only doing this helped. since then no crashes etc. It seems the data backup software or the windows dell ship is glitchy. download youw version of windows and use it.
