Ok I've run memtest86 now for 7 passes and its came up with 1092 errors I haven't stopped it yet do u need to know more from it? I haven't ran check disk yet either. Let me know thanks! Also those drivers I believe are for my cyborg rat 5 mouse.

Update I've ran 12 passes so far and have came up with 48,000 errors
Update 2 I noticed that in memtest 86 my cpu data was incorrect and also the memory settings were 5-7-7-24 instead of 5-5-5-15 so i loaded optimized defaults in BIOS and restarted test.

Good job with Memtest. Once Memtest find errors, you can stop the test. Let's sort out the RAM before you run Check Disk. What we know now is that you have a RAM problem; what we do not know is what that problem is. It could be a bad RAM stick, incompatible RAM sticks, RAM incompatible with the motherboard, a bad motherboard slot, a bad memory controller, etc. You will have to narrow this down. This will be boring and tedious; but it is necessary.

Remove all of your RAM but one stick in the first slot. Run Memtest on this stick for at least seven passes. If it passes, remove it and mark it as good. Then test the next stick in the first slot. Repeat for each of your sticks. Obviously, if you get a bad stick, set it aside and mark it bad. If all sticks pass, take a known good stick and test each slot with that stick. This well tell you if you have a bad slot. Post back with your testing results.

Right after I put the first stick in to test seperatley it started getting errors I guess I will just move onto the next stick.

Update 2nd stick had 2 errors after 7 passes moving to third.

It definitely looks like you have two bad sticks. How is your system running with the two remaining sticks?

I would run Check Disk if nothing more than for preventive maintenance. It will correct any file system errors that you may have. It is not a bad idea to run it three or four times a year. I do not think you have hard drive problems; I believe it was the RAM.

Error code 8E, KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory.
The dump blames atikmdag.sys, ATI Video driver. However, it may have been affected by something else. You still have a really obsolete driver loading on your system. It is an important driver. Update this driver. If there is no update for it, your wireless adapter is obsolete. Upgrade to a new wireless adapter compatible with Win 7 and uninstall your current adapter. This driver may be causing conflicts and crashing your video driver. We won't know until you eliminate it as a potential cause.

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled

Ok that 2007 driver is for a Belkin wireless G Usb adpater im currently temporarily using (doing sum work in my house have to wait for cable company to come and move modem from old room to new room). I did manage to get a 6/2009 driver for it so hopefully it will work out fine until friday. Ive already used driver sweeper once for the ATI driver hopefully thats ok.

    PS
