    Hopeless Crashing

Hey everyone im new to the forums here this is my first post. I've been building my own systems for about 4 years now and im stumped here. I am in need of some serious help.

    My system:
    Windows 7 32 bit
    Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
    Intel Core2Quad Q9550 not overclocked
    Zalman 110mm LED Cpu Cooler
    4x1gb Crucial Ballistix 1066 5-5-5-15
    Seagate Barracuda 1TB 32mb Cache 7200RPM
    ATI Sapphire Vapor-X 5770
Rosewill 630w 80Certified Green Series PSU

For the last week ive been getting major crashes about twice an hour with the following BSOD Messages

    IRLQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL
    REFERENCE BY POINTER
    CACHE MANAGER
    MEMORY MANAGEMENT
    REGISTRY ERROR
DRIVER IRLQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL
PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA
    PFN LIST CORRUPT
    WIN32K.SYS

When the pc crashes and comes to the BIOS screen i seem to hear a loud clicking noise about 3 times not sure if this is my hdd or what. Andf it doesnt happen every single time just sometimes.

Also this started happening about a month ago and i totally reloaded windows FRESH and it went away. Then is started last week so i REUPGRADED windows with my Upgrade disk and it never went away then.

Sometimes i can get back into windows fine other times it crashes again at the welcome screen.

I have no idea what to do im getting super aggrivated.

    Please Help!!

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c000001d, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 822b9653, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 90563788, Trap Frame

This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 8deff95f, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 9d8ab704, Trap Frame

Update those drivers manually by visiting manufacturers' support sites. For Realtek network also search at your motherboard support if you can't find the update at the Realtek's.

    Hi,
Disable driver verifier and do some suggestion bellow:

Driver verifier find violation on atikmdag.sys, so I recommend you to reinstall your graphic driver.
Use driversweeper to uninstall your current Graphic driver then download and install fresh ATI driver.
    AMD.com | Support & Downloads

    Navigate to C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\
then rename GVTDrv.sys into GVTDrv.bak to make that driver won't load in next reboot.

    Update your Gigabyte drivers:
    Code:
    etdrv.sys Thu Mar 19 18:48:26 2009 → Easy Tune driver
    gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 19:17:32 2009 → Gigabyte's Dynamic Energy Saver
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
