    • Keep less stuff at the start-up. Only anti-virus, this helps avoid driver conflicts and improves time to log in to windows.

    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public

       Information
DO NOT start the free trial of MalwareBytes. Unselect the option when prompted.

    System Optimisers

    Please remove the following software:
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Glary Utilities	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Glary Utilities	Public
This software is a known cause of BSOD's. The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software. They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair. Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors. Check this, this and this thread for evidence.

If you feel the need to use a registry cleaning or optimisation software, most of us recommend the use of CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download but make sure you back up the registry before making letting ccleaner delete anything.

    • If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS	Public
Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AI Suite II	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AI Suite II	Public
Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUS Boot Setting	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUS Boot Setting	Public
    • This is overclocking software and can lead to system instability and BSOD's. Please reset all components to their stock speeds and then remove the software.

    Let us know the results.

My PC has been running for about 36 hours without freezing, what I did was to stop AI Suite 2 starting with windows, because I can't uninstall it. I then went to services and disabled windows firewall which for some reason was running but wasn't in startup. I then booted to safemode and ran malwarebytes.
I will let you know if there are any future problems.

    Thank you

I also uninstalled/installed my graphics card drivers.
