BSOD and still don't know why
Hello,
I'm guruj84, from Chile and I'm totally new :)
The reason why I'm here, is the freaking bsod. Its bother me for like a month and it occurrs only when I am gaming...
I've uninstall and install drivers, ran registry repairs, ran memtest+ (no issue found) changed antivirus and still have the bsod...
my W7 x64 Professional is original (downloaded from Microsoft MSDN Academic Alliance) so I believe is not a piracy problem... and I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials...
The PC has 2 months old (all the hw new)
hardware:
QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 955, 3200 MHz (16 x 200)
MSI 890GXM-G65 (MS-7642) AMD 890GX, AMD K10
DIMM1 &2 : Corsair XMS CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 2 GB DDR3-1333 x2 (running at 1600OC)
Mems are running at 9-9-9-24 1.65v, like the factory web said to me to run, set up in bios.
NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT (512 MB)
Realtek ALC889 @ ATI SB800 - High Definition Audio Controller
please HELP! don't want to format and still have that problem...
Thanks!

Hi Guruj84 and welcome
There are a few things that are of note.
The newest crash is blamed on netio.sys and often this happens when Zone Alarm is installed.
Please remove if installed and replace with Microsoft security essentials and the win 7 firewall.
http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
Old drivers. you need to update at least these plus your video drivers
Code:
RivaTuner64.sys 7/17/2007 14:13:42 fffff880`075ac000 0x469d14e6 fffff880`075b3000 0x00007000
ISODrv64.sys 2/10/2009 04:22:18 fffff880`02c68000 0x4991474a fffff880`02c86000 0x0001e000
AtiPcie.sys 5/5/2009 10:00:22 fffff880`01887000 0x4a005486 fffff880`0188f000 0x00008000
How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
Changed settings. Please return all settings to default and if you are overclocking stop at least to test.
Let us know if you need assistance with these procedures

*Zone alarm? well, never had installed that program... although, I installed something called AutoBoot, an application of MSI motherboards... ready uninstalled
*upgraded rivatunner
*I upgraded the video drivers (latest version) ... I had some bsod with video card driver related issues before, so I downgraded the drivers (just in case)
*the ISODrv64.sys I think its corresponds to UltraISO, right? I uninstalled that SW anyways and install powerISO.
*about the AtiPcie.sys... isn't that something related to ATI Video Cards? and if it is so, the problem could be that, right? because I have an Nvidia video card... I had installed Ati Catalyst drivers, so I uninstalled it, and also, uninstalled AMD Overdrive (again, Just in case)
*All the BIOS settings were back to default.
I had AVG free, but I uninstalled some weeks ago, and I'm using now Microsoft Security Essentials...
I send the new dump file, maybe there's something new about...
Thanks again

Hello,
Start by installing this hotfix from Microsoft: Stop error message when you run an application that transfers data by using the UDP protocol in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7: "STOP 0x0000007F"
Now this seems like a graphics problem; do you have another card you can use or borrow? Perhaps you have onboard graphics you can use instead?
Also test RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Remove ma-config:
Code:
driverhardwarev2x64.sys Fri May 29 11:13:31 2009 (4A1FFB9B)
Finally, remove AVG, using this tool: AVG - Download tools
Install the latest version, or switch over to MSE instead: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
